I’ve worked with large clients ranging from The Rugby Football Union (RFU), Xerox, Lords Cricket Ground (Marylebone Cricket Club), Rugby World Cup 2015, British Athletics, Silverstone Racecourse to name a few people, to build online marketing plans and to actually implement them for best results.
Working with a client on what was considered the weak part of their business, I turned it into a £10,000 a week business in 2 days! Just through working with the Sales Director to understand the business and then to build a programme for him and his team to make best use of their time and maximise the return.
I’ve grown my own personal network of contacts and regularly speak at events on a range of topics, from overcoming challenges, lessons learnt in sport as well as my core subject – Sales and Marketing Automation.
Having spent years in Customer Support (Now known as Customer Success), I created a platform to support thousands of customers worldwide, writing the manual for staff and training them up to ensure that every interaction with a customer was successful. Winning an award (Customer Software Satisfaction Award 2012) for my efforts, an award which was voted for by customers.
